The Miller Realty Group is in the process of developing and permitting a master plan for a 52 acre site which currently includes a 179,000 square foot building recently purchased from the State of Vermont located at 30-42 Allen Martin Drive in Essex. Two 180,000 square foot 30’+ high bay warehouse/distribution buildings and a third 60,000 SF high bay building will be built on the site. Also included on the heavily wooded campus will be amenities such as a café; gym and numerous walking and biking trails. The location is served by CCTA.
Construction on the first 180,000 Square Foot building is anticipated to begin in the fall with occupancy commencing in early 2014.
