Bob started REM Development in 1984. Almost four decades later, the Williston based company has grown to become Vermont’s largest commercial real estate development and leasing company. Although Bob passed away in early 2020, his guiding principles and business acumen continue to influence REM’s business strategy.
Tim Miller
Principal/Partner
Tim has 35 years of experience developing and maintaining REM’s buildings. He oversees permitting, stormwater compliance, project management, space build outs, building design and maintenance. REM’s inventory of class A buildings is a result of his deep industry knowledge and attention to detail.
Stephanie Miller Taylor
Principal/Partner
Stephanie draws on her 30 years of marketing experience to develop and plan REM’s marketing, communications and business strategy. In charge of the day-to-day business operations, Stephanie ensures REM remains responsive to its tenants’ changing needs.
Louise Bashaw
Office Manager
As REM’s office manager for 24 years, Louise’s attention to detail and analytical skills are an invaluable asset. Louise oversees office operations, bookkeeping, billing, and liaises with REM’s tenants and outside service providers.
Jason Owen
Director of Facilities
Jason completes routine and emergency maintenance and space fit-up in REM’s buildings. As a frontline contact for tenants, he ensures their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Customer service and tenant satisfaction is always a top priority for Jason.
