R.E.M. Development has remodeled the former pavilion and storage building in Roosevelt Park in Burlington into a teen center that will be managed and used by the Boys and Girls Club. The project was accomplished with a $100,000 donation of materials and construction service from R.E.M. Development Company, and through additional construction labor donated by Billy Bissonette’s property maintenance company, Bissonette Properties.
