The Miller Realty Group completed a 235,375 SF addition connecting 30 Gauthier Drive and 5 New England Drive, Essex. The addition created a facility of over 500,000 square feet of distribution, roasting and office space for Green Mountain Coffee Roasters. Gardner’s Supply relocated their warehouse and distribution center from 5 New England Drive to a newly constructed building located in Catamount Industrial Park, Milton, which helped facilitate the expansion.
